Spacious, spacious, spacious
The room was so bright and airy, I felt like I was on cloud nine! The bed was a king-sized dream—perfect for my post-adventure naps. Plus, the friendly staff made me feel right at home every day!

The hotel was clean. The breakfast option was incredibly nice. The staff were very pleasant all the time. I had a modern, updated room with a big shower, comfortable beds, and a cell phone. The location was marvelous and perfect, right off the Garden area where breakfast is served.

The price.
The hotel was non-smoking and our rooms reeked of smoke. One of the rooms had the carpet bumping up and the air conditioner unit was extremely loud. The first night people were yelling in the hallway at 2am and partying loudly in their room and having loud intimate moments. The second night the police came to my door at 1am asking if my child was missing b/c a kid was in the lobby alone (my kids were safe in the locked room). The shower had soap scum around the top of the tub along with dark hair. We will not stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near many good ethnic food places. A variety of restaurant options are available right in the hotel's parking lot. - It is close to many restaurants, stores, and the main freeway

Great customer service. The staff were very helpful and polite. Also, free wifi.
The entrance door I was told to enter (door #4 at the back of the front desk) was broken. I tried several times, and the door couldn't open, so I had to walk to the next door (#3) to enter. Also, during the night, there were people making noises outside the area.

breakfast is not included...the only problem we encounter during our stay, the airconditioning is not properly working.
